Cottage cheese TM "Yagotinsky" is a natural cottage cheese without the addition of preservatives and stabilizers, made from natural cow's milk by fermenting it with beneficial lactic acid bacteria. As a result of the fermentation process, the most valuable is released from milk: protein, which is easily digestible (casein), and milk fat. At the Yagotynsky Butter Factory, cottage cheese is produced on the equipment of the Polish company Obram, which makes it possible to improve the quality of cottage cheese due to a closed production cycle. This equipment excludes direct human intervention in the product itself during the production process, and guarantees the safety and quality of cottage cheese.
